A Local Landmark
Good Times Pizza & Things is a local landmark in Palo Cedro, Ca. Back in the 1930’s the building was the original location of Junction School.
A Shasta High School teacher named Richard Dickenson bought the building in 1977 and renovated it to become a movie theater called ‘The Flick’. Next it became Andy’s hardware store. Then in 1998 Jeanette Axner bought it and renovated it again, bringing back to life the original ‘Junction School’ theme.
On the walls of Good Times Pizza & Things, you’ll see some of the old pictures of the school and the classmates that attended it. The beautiful hardwood floor is reminiscent of when the building was a hardware store.
The banquet rooms are often used for holding local fundraisers and Good Times is happy to donate a percentage of sales.
Good Times Pizza and Things makes their dough from scratch every day, making delicious traditional and gourmet pizzas. They are well known or their savory broasted chicken, as well as their salad bar, wraps, deli sandwiches and charbroiled burgers.
